“To date, the results of two major tenders have been summed up, contracts have been concluded with domestic producers, and negotiations have been held with foreign manufacturers. To date, 83% of the total number of names of medicines for drug supply for 2019 have been purchased. Deliveries of purchased products to the warehouses of a single distributor will begin in early December, and from the beginning of 2019 they will be shipped to medical organizations, ”said Lyudmila Byurabekova, Chairman of the Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As Lyudmila Byurabekova emphasized, the list of drugs and medical products purchased for free drug provision for 2019 includes 1,144 positions.

“Preliminary from medical organizations received applications on the list in the amount of 203.5 billion tenge. More than 550 names of medicines were determined this year for outpatient treatment of patients who are registered at the dispensary for 45 diseases, ”said the speaker.

For comparison: this year, 482 items were purchased for outpatient medical care.

It should be noted that SK-Pharmacy LLP has launched a contact center 1439 for providing free medicines to the population.
